The number of places includes common areas. A fifty-room hotel, counting corridors, dining and spa, has around seventy places — not fifty.

Frequently asked questions
What exactly counts as a place?
A place is anything with its own QR code and its own history. In a hotel that is not just a room — it is also the corridors, the bar, the restaurant or the spa. In industry a machine, a line or a loading dock. In a town a bus stop, a playground or a public toilet. The calculator above will suggest what to count for your sector.
What happens if I exceed the number of places?
Nothing gets blocked. We never cap the number of places; the price is simply calculated by band — and every additional place costs less than the one before. A place without a QR code is a blind spot, and blind spots are exactly what Raportify exists to remove.
How many reports are included?
Unlimited, on every tier. Charging for reports would mean wanting people to report less — the opposite of the point of the whole platform. Anyone with a phone can report, with no app and no licence.
Do you charge for the people who report?
No. Guests, residents, employees and visitors all report free of charge and there is no limit on how many there are. You only pay for assignees, meaning the people who take on and close tasks, and for administrators who configure things and read the reports.
Can photos and video be sent?
Yes, with every report and at no extra cost — a photo is the best description of a fault you can get. Photos are compressed on upload and video is limited to 60 seconds. We govern the volume of media by how long history is retained, not by a price per gigabyte.
How does the discount for a longer subscription work?
Simply, in whole months. Paying monthly means 12 monthly payments a year. Paying a year in advance means 10, so you get two months free. No percentages for you to recalculate.
Do prices include VAT?

I have more than two thousand places. What now?
Then a self-service price list will not serve you well and we will prepare an individual quote. With networks of sites there is usually also a connection to internal systems, an SLA guarantee and custom branding to sort out.
