What people ask most often.

Answers to what we hear during demos. If your question is not here, write to us — we usually reply within one working day.

Before you start

Anyone who looks after a space. The reporter is a guest, resident, student or employee — they need nothing but a phone. The assignee is the maintenance person, cleaner or technician who takes on and closes tasks. And the administrator sets the rules and reads the reports. Each of those roles sees only what it needs.
In days rather than months, in practice. You set up the profile, define roles and the resolution flow, print the QR codes and put them in place. The longest part is usually deciding what counts as a place — we will help with that.
No. The reporter only needs a phone with a camera and internet to scan the QR code. You and your team work in a browser on a computer, tablet or phone. The only physical thing is the QR codes themselves.
No, and that is deliberate. A guest on holiday will not download anything because of a dripping tap. They scan the code with the camera, a page opens in the browser and fifteen seconds later it is done — no sign-up and no password.
Yes, training is part of the rollout. We go through it with administrators and assignees, show the settings and explain how to take on and close tasks. Rates for on-site and online training are in the price list for other services.
You generate and print a new one and the history of that place stays. We recommend codes in a more durable finish — around showers, workshops or outdoors it pays off. We produce QR codes to order, based on the material and the environment.

Running it and features

A notification goes to whoever owns the task — not into a general inbox that nobody reads. The system assigns the task by role, location and current workload, so it is immediately clear who is dealing with it.
Email notifications are on every tier. Push and SMS come from the Pro tier upwards. SMS is the one thing that costs us money per message, which is why it sits in a higher tier — not to push you towards it.
Yes, from the Pro tier. You see each site separately and at the same time get a view across the whole organisation — which is the more interesting number. You can compare sites and spot where something is being done well and where the same problem keeps coming back.
A helpdesk waits for somebody to write a ticket. Raportify starts at the place where the problem is — with a QR code that has its own history. You do not have to describe where it is; the system knows. And years later you know the water in this room has been dealt with five times, which a helpdesk will not tell you.
An open API comes from the Pro tier; connections to internal systems we handle individually under Enterprise. Tell us what you use and we will say straight away what is possible and what is not.
Yes, and it is one of the reasons Raportify exists — the language barrier is a common reason a guest never says anything at all. Translation is in the price list as an add-on, so both the report and the reply can be in the customer's language.
Get in touch. We are a small team, so a good idea ships in days rather than after a quarter of planning. Under Enterprise you can also buy prepaid days for custom work.

Data and privacy

No. A photo and a description are enough to file a report; we do not want more. An email is only given by someone who wants to be told when it is resolved — and even that is optional. The less you ask of people, the more of them will report.
It depends on the tier: Start keeps media for a year and then a thumbnail remains, Pro three years at full quality, Enterprise five years. The history of the reports themselves and resolution times we keep longer — that is what planning is based on. Extending history is also available as an add-on.

Price and support

From €25 a month on annual billing, which includes 25 places. The price is then based on the number of places and drops by band — every additional place costs less than the one before. Reports and the number of reporters are never charged for. On the pricing page you can work out the price for your own number of places.
Weekdays from 9 to 17 by phone, email and on the forum. Start has email and the forum, Pro adds phone, and Enterprise gets priority support with a guaranteed response time under the SLA.
Yes, and it is the normal thing to do — that is why the place bands have no cliffs. When a room, corridor or machine gets added, you add a place and the price recalculates. You do not have to jump to eleven times the price the way you would with capped tiers.
