We are not a corporation and we do not want to become one. We sit in Mouchnice in Moravia, we talk to customers directly, and whatever we build gets used the next day in a hotel, a council office or on a factory floor.

Feedback does not arrive through three layers of management. You hear it from the hotelier or the building manager yourself, and you see what your work actually changed.

A good idea does not need a quarterly plan. If it makes sense, it ships in days rather than months.

We do not pretend to be perfect

The website you are looking at has unfinished parts and we know about them. We would rather admit what we do not have yet than hide it — and we are just as direct with each other.

Who we are looking for

Someone for whom business and technology are not a job but a passion. Someone who does not just think on their customer's behalf — who thinks about them and breathes with them. Who remembers how many rooms that hotel has and what annoys them about running it, because they genuinely care.

Sales manager — Moravia and Slovakia

Moravia, Slovakia

You will run sales in Moravia and open Slovakia for us. That means your own portfolio of customers from the first call to signature, and also deciding how the product is sold in that market.

Your own sales pipeline across sectors — hotels, municipalities, industry, building management
Starting the Slovak market from scratch, including how to approach it
You run the product demos yourself, because you understand it
You bring customer feedback straight into the product

Consultants — North Moravia, Vysočina, East Bohemia

In your region you are the person who brings Raportify in and gets it running. You sit down with a hotelier or a mayor, go through their operation, work out the benefit and then make sure it actually starts working.

New markets

Europe

We do not want to stop at Czechia and Slovakia. If you enjoy opening a market where nobody knows you, and are not afraid to push us across borders, this is an open role with no fixed brief — tell us what you would do.
