Raportify started from a simple observation: the people who notice a fault first usually have no one to tell. A guest, a resident, an employee. They see a dripping tap, a cracked tile or missing soap — and let it go, because reporting it is harder than walking past it.
What we do
We build systems that help companies and their customers through the working day. Every place gets its own QR code and its own history. Anyone with a phone reports what is needed in fifteen seconds, with no app to install. A report becomes a task, tasks become data, and data becomes a decision about where the next money goes.

Reporting has to be worth it
If reporting is harder than walking past the problem, nobody reports it. So there is no app, no sign-up and no form filling — just a camera and fifteen seconds.
Charging per report makes no sense
If we took a fee for every report, you would wish there were fewer of them. That is the opposite of the point, so reports are unlimited on every plan.
A blind spot breaks the promise
A room without a QR code is a place you never hear about. That is why we never cap the number of places — the price is based on it, but it is never forbidden.
Data should help the people who gather it
The history of every place is there for you — so you plan investments on what actually happened rather than on a hunch, and see what keeps recurring. Not so it piles up in a report nobody reads.
A good hotel is made by staff who know their guests' needs and meet them.
The same holds for a town, a hospital, a school or a factory floor. We just supply the tool and the numbers.
Who is behind it
